Our Story
What began as a late night conversation in the garage (post Hurricane Ian) soon flourished into an impactful idea. With the community in mind as well as other industry leaders seeking a space to create, this idea soon became a goal. And with all successful goals it was backed by MASSIVE Action & Accountability to become a REALITY.
As our area continues to grow and welcome more seasonal and full time residents…

We have watched land be cleared for new construction both residential & commercial.
We have watched historic and iconic plazas sit empty as the ever changing world of tech has given opportunities for what was once a typical brick & mortar store to succeed online instead.
We have witnessed the aftermath & heartache from a global pandemic to hellish hurricanes leaving communities disrupted, emotions array etc…
Like the waves of life there are ups and downs, highs and lows. It’s in the moments of downs and lows we become challenged to sink or swim. Our motto is simple, Just keep swimming.
We’ve all heard the quote a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor, we believe this to be true. Without challenges our growth is limited.
The upside has been watching the strength & perseverance to keep going & rebuild. I’m talking about the selfless acts of kindness to help one another, regardless a friend or fo… Joining forces in times of despair using whatever resources available to help, rebuild and bring the feeling of normalcy back in.

We are fueled by hope, to help shed light & happiness amongst the challenging times and curve balls life throws because we've witnessed others struggle and endured many of our own first hand.

We listened to the needs and wants of our growing community and delivered.

So with finding something old (Englewood Plaza) along came something NEW to the community…
